Terms of Service

By accessing and using the services provided by NaturaGas, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, including business entities, procurement officers, and authorized representatives.

NaturaGas is a professional gas import and distribution company operating in Spain, specializing in LPG, LNG, and industrial gases sourced from United Arab Emirates suppliers.

2.1 Products and Services

NaturaGas provides the following services:

• Import and distribution of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)
• Import and distribution of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG)
• Industrial gas supply for manufacturing and processing
• Logistics and delivery services throughout Spain
• Technical support and safety compliance consultation

2.2 Service Area

Our primary operations are based in Valencia, Spain, with distribution networks covering major industrial regions across Spain. Specific delivery zones are subject to logistics capabilities and minimum order requirements.

3.1 Account Creation

To establish a business relationship with NaturaGas, companies must:

• Be a legally registered business entity in Spain or the European Union
• Provide valid tax identification (CIF/NIF) and business registration documents
• Complete a creditworthiness assessment
• Sign a Master Service Agreement or Purchase Contract
• Designate authorized representatives for orders and communications

3.2 Contract Types

We offer various contract structures:

• Spot Purchase: One-time orders with immediate pricing
• Short-Term Contracts: 3-12 months with agreed pricing formulas
• Long-Term Agreements: 1-5 years with volume commitments and preferential pricing
• Supply Agreements: Ongoing supply with scheduled deliveries

4.1 Pricing Structure

Pricing is determined by market rates, order volume, delivery location, contract duration, and UAE supplier costs.

4.2 Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date. Other arrangements include:

• New customers: 50% advance payment, 50% on delivery
• Established customers: Net 30 or Net 60 with approved credit
• Early payment discounts: 2% discount for payment within 10 days
• Letter of Credit accepted for large orders

4.3 Late Payment

Late payments will incur interest charges of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by Spanish law, whichever is less. NaturaGas reserves the right to suspend service for accounts with overdue payments.

5.1 Ordering Process

• Written purchase orders via email to authorized account manager
• Minimum order quantities apply (varies by product and location)
• Orders require 48-72 hours notice for standard delivery
• Rush orders may be accommodated with additional fees

5.2 Delivery Terms

Delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020 standards:

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Most common for Spanish deliveries
• CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): For port deliveries
• FOB (Free on Board): Available for large volume customers

5.3 Delivery Schedule

• Standard delivery: 3-5 business days from order confirmation
• Scheduled recurring deliveries: Within agreed delivery windows
• 98% on-time delivery performance guarantee
• Real-time tracking available for all shipments

6.1 Product Quality

All gas products meet or exceed European Union quality standards (EN specifications), Spanish regulatory requirements (BOE regulations), and ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards. Product certificates are provided with each delivery.

6.2 Safety Compliance

• ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management
• ADR/RID compliance for dangerous goods transport
• Spanish ITC compliance
• Regular safety audits and equipment inspections
• Safety data sheets (SDS) provided for all products

6.3 Environmental Standards

• ISO 14001 environmental management certification
• Carbon footprint reporting available
• Compliance with EU emissions regulations
• Sustainable logistics and route optimization

7.1 Limitation of Liability

NaturaGas's liability is limited to the invoice value of the specific delivery in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, business interruption, delays due to force majeure, customer's improper use, or third-party actions.

7.2 Insurance Coverage

NaturaGas maintains comprehensive insurance including product liability, professional indemnity, cargo insurance, and environmental liability coverage.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on this website are owned by NaturaGas or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Either party may terminate the business relationship with 30 days written notice for standard contracts. Long-term agreements have specific termination clauses. Outstanding invoices remain due upon termination.

These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Valencia, Spain. For international customers, the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) may apply.

NaturaGas reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated to active customers via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
